Giving an Azénor gift card means offering the freedom to choose. Not a pre-selected piece of jewelry — but a skin object yet to come, which the recipient will choose themselves, at their own pace, according to what calls to them.
At the checkout stage, remember to fill in the "Message" field with the name of the person to whom the card is addressed, and the message you wish to include.
In-stock jewelry is shipped quickly and usually delivered within 1 week. For custom-made jewelry, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. More information.
Store your silver jewelry away from humidity and clean it regularly with a special silver cleaning product or a soft toothbrush and a little mild soap. You can find our care recommendations here.
You have 7 days after receipt to notify us of your return request. However, custom-made jewelry and bespoke creations cannot be returned or refunded.

Tous les bijoux Azénor sont imaginés et fabriqués à la main dans notre atelier de joaillerie situé à Saint-Jean-de-Luz, au Pays Basque.
Pour connaître votre taille de bague, vous pouvez utiliser un baguier, une application dédiée ou faire mesurer votre doigt chez un bijoutier.
Oui. Vous disposez d'un délai de 7 jours après réception pour nous signaler votre demande de retour. Les bijoux fabriqués à la commande et les créations sur mesure ne peuvent toutefois être ni repris ni remboursés.
