The photographs published on the site are co-created by Azénor Capdeville and their respective authors (photographers), who have assigned her the necessary exploitation rights. Any reproduction, even partial, is subject to the prior written consent of the publisher.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Capdeville Azénor. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and incurs the civil and criminal liability of its perpetrator (articles L.335-2 and subsequent articles of the Intellectual Property Code).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)
Version effective as of June 26, 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern all product sales made by Capdeville Azénor (hereinafter "the Seller") to any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Client"), whether the sale is made via the website azenorjoaillerie.com, by email, or directly at the workshop.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2 – Products
The Seller offers two categories of products for sale:
2.1 Collection jewelry (ready to ship): items available in stock, described on the website with their essential characteristics (material, dimensions, finish).
2.2 Custom-made jewelry / personalized orders: pieces manufactured at the Client's request according to jointly defined specifications (model, material, size, engraving, etc.), validated upon signing a quote.
The photographs and visuals presented on the site are faithfully reproduced; however, slight variations in shade may exist depending on screen settings or photographic lighting, without constituting a defect.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the order is invoiced at the price in effect at the time of its validation.
Delivery costs are not included in the displayed prices and are specified when finalizing the order (Article 7 below).
Article 4 – Order
4.1 Collection Jewelry: orders are placed directly via the Shopify online store at azenorjoaillerie.com. The order is confirmed by a confirmation email sent after payment validation.
4.2 Custom Jewelry: the order follows the process below:
1. Initial contact via the inquiry form, by email, or at the workshop.
2. Creative and technical discussions to define the project.
3. Detailed quote sent by the Seller.
4. Order validation by the Client through signing the quote and payment of a 50% deposit of the total price (incl. tax).
5. Item manufacturing — estimated lead time of 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of deposit.
6. Balance paid upon delivery or shipment.
Article 5 – Payment
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
– Credit card: via Shop Pay (Shopify Payments), secure payment.
– Installment payment: via Klarna (subject to Client eligibility according to Klarna's terms).
– Bank transfer: details provided upon request.
Payment is due upon order for collection jewelry. For custom jewelry, a 50% deposit is required upon quote confirmation, with the balance due before shipping or hand delivery.
In case of payment default, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
Article 6 – Manufacturing and Delivery Times
6.1 Collection jewelry: shipped within 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
6.2 Custom jewelry: estimated manufacturing time of 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of the deposit and all necessary manufacturing information. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. The Seller undertakes to inform the Client of any significant delay.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Client when placing the order. The Seller delivers to metropolitan France and internationally.
Carriers: Colissimo with declared value (France and international) or DHL Express (international).
Shipping costs: borne by the Client, calculated and displayed during order finalization.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon delivery of the package to the carrier. In the event of damage or loss during transit, the Client must make reservations with the carrier within the legal timeframe and inform the Seller as soon as possible.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-28 2° and 3° of the Consumer Code:
8.1 Custom-made jewelry, manufactured at the Customer's request and according to their personal specifications, is expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal. Once the quote is signed and the deposit paid, the order is firm and final. It cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
8.2 Collection jewelry (ready to ship) may be considered goods subject to hygiene protection. For obvious reasons of hygiene and health safety (items intended to be worn in contact with the skin), the right of withdrawal is excluded once the jewelry has been unsealed after delivery.
Customers are advised to review these exclusions before placing an order.
Article 9 – Return Policy — Collection Jewelry
Except for cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded as specified in Article 8, all returns must be requested by email at azenorjoaillerie@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the package, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unopened, with its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. No refunds will be issued for damaged or worn items returned.
Article 10 – Legal and Commercial Warranty
10.1 Legal Warranties: All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
10.2 Azénor Commercial Warranty: In addition to legal warranties, the Seller grants a commercial warranty of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and material defects under normal conditions of use and maintenance.
This warranty does not cover:
– normal wear and tear of metal and finishes (natural oxidation of silver, plating wear, light scratches);
– damages resulting from misuse, impact, accident, prolonged immersion in water, or contact with chemicals;
– modifications made by a third party.
To claim the warranty, the Customer contacts the Seller at azenorjoaillerie@gmail.com with photos and a description of the defect found.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All creations presented on the azenorjoaillerie.com website — jewelry, collections, piece names, concepts, photographs, texts — are the exclusive property of Capdeville Azénor. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
The purchase of a piece of jewelry does not confer any intellectual property rights over the design or concept of the piece.
Article 12 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 13 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer may free of charge use the following mediation service in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably:

The mediation request must be submitted within one year from the date of the written complaint addressed to the Seller. The Customer retains the right to take legal action.
Article 14 – Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.

Article 15 – Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 4 – Retention Period
Order-related data is retained for 5 years from the end of the commercial relationship (accounting obligations). Contact data is retained for 3 years after the last contact.
